& the faux fur addiction continues..

of course i've somehow managed to purchase two faux fur pieces within the same month. It's common knowledge that i'm addicted to anything snug and furry so after spotting this £11 gem on a passing visit to Primark I obviously added it to my (already nearly full) basket.
Here i've styled it over a black waist tie t-shirt dress (watch out for my follow up post on this bargain beaut) and of course my fave Le specs sunglasses and Stan Smiths. The grey, white and black Nordic tones will of defintely compliment my monochrome wardobe this Christmas. What have been your favourite impulse buys lately?

If I can't have Charlotte Simone just yet I suppose i'll settle for this Topshop stole. Looove the oxblood contrast with the white, perfect colouring for this time of year, it's also suuuuper cosy and will keep me snug through the bitter months. The perfect autumn pick me up! Direct link below.

Sssnake-print loafers

How perfect are these ASOS snake-print loafers. For the past few seasons I've been drawn to glossy snake textured shoes and clutches, I believe if worn sparingly it can add a premium feel to any outfit. This ASOS pair are made from faux leather and have a slimline but sturdy sole which will hopefully take me through this year at Uni.
Also, I most certainly have a thing for the 'awkward' length trouser, perfect to wear with anything from a strappy heel to a staple pair of Stan Smith's.

Nudes

I am most certainly not a make up connoisseur, but i'd just like to point out how AMAZING these contour pencils are. I've previously played around with a friends Smashbox contour pencil kit and was close to spending almost triple the price until I stumbled across these beauty's from Kiko. The creamy texture perfectly blends onto the face and the pencil format makes it easier to apply than using brushes. At under £10 this duo is well worth adding to your make up stash.

Moving on to the Missguided bodysuit... a nude palette with sun-kissed skin is definitely a winning combo. I wore it with my new super flattering Boohoo high waisted wide leg trousers, (the famous) Zara lace up heels and covered up with a faux leather jacket. I also doubled up my Chloe Baylee and carried it off as a mini clutch.

Boohoo have totally nailed the chloe-esque vibe with this military style longline jacket. This will be a classic piece taking me through to winter that I will layer with roll neck knits and thick heeled boots as it turns colder outside. I've accessorised with a sheer black 70's style neck scarf and my go to glossy black Whistles clutch.

Chloe dream

After finishing my uni exams for the year I felt it was necessary to endure a high(er) end shopping spree. As you may be aware I've been drooling over anything Chloe this season and after much deliberation (none needed at all) I have found the perfect investment; The Chloe Baylee Long Zip purse. I'm very much a neutral palette lover so this bi-colour leather good will last me a lifetime whilst accompanying my monochromatic wardrobe perfectly.

(Expect a follow up post on this little beauty as i'm not allowed to open it until my birthday *eeeek!*)
